General conditions for agencies without a contract with us

Prices are per day per apartment and include gas, water, and electricity. Bookings to be made on request, except in the case of instant confirmation (option only available on Mariscal 4.5, Gemelos 2.4 and Kennedy I,II apartments)

Payment
Payment must be made by bank transfer at least 7 days before the arrival of the guests. Our account details are as follows: Bank Name: C.A.M. (Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo) Address: Avda. Atmella de Mar Acuarium L-11 Rincón de Loix 03503 Benidorm Account No.: 2090 0135 06 0240158380 Please send confirmation that the transfer has been made by fax or e.mail GESTALTUR, S.L. will not accept reduction in the stay once the apartment has been occupied.

Cancellation fees
72 hours before arrival- one day of the bill. 48 hours before arrival and no shows- two days of the bill. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Observations
The apartments do not have washing machines No animals are allowed Parking spaces are not guaranteed Optional; Safety deposit boxes, TV. and Cots for babies Preferences i.e. floor height, room number etc. will be attended to whenever possible. We cannot guarantee any requests. All the apartments have swimming pools normally open from 15/06 until 15/09. Stays of less than seven nights are charged a supplement of 40 Euros on one bedroom apartments and 46 Euros on two bedroom apartments. (minimum stay 4 nights) Except August minimum stay 7 nights.
